Eligibility Requirements: Enrolled Students

• Be enrolled in a program at Four-D College
• Be in good academic standing (Not on probation status)
• Have an 80% or higher grade average

• Have a 2.5 or higher GPA

Eligibility Requirements: New Applicants

• High School Diploma, GED or ATB equivalent

Essay Topic: How do the "Four D's" apply to your educational goals?

• Include a one page, typed essay that addresses the topic below.
  (Use double space, 12 point font)
• Essay should have a cover page with essay title and author's name.

The "Four D's" to success are Desire, Determination, Drive and Deliverance.
If one has the Desire to achieve, the Determination to follow through a process
and the Drive of energy level needed to maintain consistent efforts to accomplish
desires, Deliverance will result by reaching desired goals for success. How do
the Four-D's apply to your educational goals?
Recommendation Statement Form:
Submit the recommendation form. The form is to be completed by an advisor,
mentor, employer or teacher.
Transcript:
Unofficial transcripts are required for all academic coursework.

• Current students: submit a copy of a program transcript.
• Non-enrolled: submit a copy of high school transcripts.
